What actually happens on the call

30 Minutes. No Slide Deck.

First, your situation, not a pitch. Where you live, what capital you have ready, whether you want one rental or a portfolio, and what has stopped you so far.

Then the part outsiders get wrong. Section 8 is an approval game before it is a property game: how a unit gets approved, how rent actually gets set, and what makes an inspection pass the first time.

Then a straight answer. This is a paid program. If the training is a fit we will tell you what it costs on the call. If it is not a fit, we will tell you that too and you will still leave with a clearer plan than you arrived with.

Before You Join

Be somewhere you can talk for 30 minutes uninterrupted. Driving does not count.

Know your real number for capital you could deploy in the next 90 days. Rough is fine. Made up is not.

Bring your hardest questions: tenants, inspections, payment timing, investing from out of state. The sceptical ones are the useful ones.
