Section 8 Karim is a very solid business model for individuals to benefit from realestate ownership investing. Their model is robust and effective by using a state-specific Operating LLC, that is owned by another out-of-state Holding Company LLC, which greatly limits liability exposure for the investor. They offer well researched realestate properties in various states that include a comprehensive cash flow analysis that is unrivaled in this space. Do not try to do this on your own, use Section 8 Karim training method and deal-support system to guide your investment choices. Great product!

Solid program
Solid program. I work in healthcare and my schedule is insane so I needed something truly passive. My father in law has been doing section 8 for years the old school way and when I told him I joined section 8 Karim's program he was skeptical. Now he asks ME for tips lol. The way they break down inspections, tenant screening, working with the housing authority, its all stuff that took him decades to figure out on his own. I closed on 2 properties in about 10 weeks. Tenant placement was smooth and rent has been on time every month since. It's not flashy but it's reliable and thats exactly what I wanted.

TBH I almost didn't sign up because...
TBH I almost didn't sign up because I've been burned by "guru" programs before. But Karim's approach is different. He actually owns section 8 properties himself and you can tell hes not just reading off a script. The first thing that surprised me was the software they give you, it made finding properties so much faster than what I was doing before which was basically zillow and a prayer LOL I closed on my first property 2 months in and already have a tenant placed. Nothing crazy but its a start and I actually feel like I know what im doing now which is the biggest thing for me.
That day, I didn't find it difficult to learn.
The entire course was easy to follow as everything was well expressively laid. Overall, I gained all the knowledge from it.
