This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect from you when you visit or use any Company website or landing page, register for a training, submit a form, purchase a product or mentorship, join our community, use any Company software portal, attend live or virtual events, communicate with our team, or otherwise interact with the Services. This Privacy Policy does not cover third-party websites, tools, or platforms that we do not control, even if they are linked from our Services.

We collect information in three primary ways: information you provide to us, information collected automatically, and information from third parties.

Information you provide to us may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, billing address, payment-related details (processed by our payment processors), account login details (if applicable), purchase history, customer support messages, survey responses, and any other information you choose to submit through forms, applications, onboarding steps, messages, or community participation.

Information from third parties may include data from advertising partners, analytics providers, social platforms, payment processors, CRM systems, scheduling tools, and other service providers that help us operate. If you use a third-party login method (where offered), we may receive basic profile information the third party makes available, based on your settings with that third party.

We collect personal information to operate our Services, process transactions, deliver access to mentorship and training products, provide customer support, personalize and improve your experience, communicate with you about your account and purchases, send requested updates, enforce our policies, protect against fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations, and run marketing and advertising that promotes our Services.

We do not sell your personal information in the sense of exchanging it for money. We also do not rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with service providers and partners as described below to operate the Services, run advertising, communicate with you, and support business operations.

We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, tags, and SDKs) to operate the Services, remember preferences, maintain sessions, measure traffic, analyze performance, detect fraud, and improve marketing effectiveness. You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, through any cookie preference tools we provide. Disabling certain cookies may reduce functionality or prevent parts of the Services from working properly.

We may use analytics tools to understand how people use our Services and to improve performance. We may also use advertising tools (including pixels) to measure ad performance, deliver relevant advertisements, and build audiences for marketing campaigns.

Some advertising partners may use cookies or similar technologies to collect information about your browsing activity over time and across websites. You can often opt out of interest-based advertising through your device settings or through industry opt-out tools.

If you provide your phone number and opt in, we may send you SMS or MMS messages related to the Services. These may include reminders, updates about trainings or events, account notifications, customer support responses, and marketing messages (where you have consented).

Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You can cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message. You can rejoin by opting in again through the same method you originally used.

We do not sell your SMS consent or opt-in data and we do not share SMS consent with third parties for their own independent marketing.

We use your information to provide and deliver products and services, including granting access to training portals, communities, software features, and program materials. We use it to process payments, prevent fraud, confirm identity where appropriate, and maintain account security. We use it to communicate with you regarding purchases, access details, scheduling, support tickets, service changes, and important notices. We use it to send marketing communications where permitted and where you have opted in or where allowed by law. We use it to improve our Services, including troubleshooting, analytics, testing, and product development. We use it to enforce our terms, protect our rights, and comply with legal obligations.

We may share personal information with trusted service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as payment processing, email and SMS delivery, hosting, analytics, customer relationship management, customer support systems, scheduling, community platforms, and security tools. These providers are authorized to use information only as needed to provide services to us and are expected to protect it.

We may share personal information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, prevent fraud, investigate security issues, enforce our agreements, or protect the safety of users or the public.

We may share information in connection with a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to standard confidentiality protections.

We may share aggregated or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you.

Our Services may include links to third-party sites or may operate through third-party platforms (for example, payment processors, community platforms, webinar tools, scheduling tools). Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, request correction, request deletion, or request limitations on use. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California privacy laws, including rights to know what personal information is collected, used, or disclosed; to request deletion (subject to exceptions); and to opt out of certain forms of “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. If you would like to submit a California privacy request, contact us at Karim@section8training.com. To protect your information, we will verify your request. Education and Training

Section 8 Training, LLC, its subsidiaries, and affiliates (collectively, “Section 8 Training,” the “Company,” “We,” or “Us”) is a direct-to-consumer, and direct-to-business sales and marketing education and training company. We do not sell a business opportunity, “get rich quick” program or money-making system. We believe, with education, individuals can be better prepared to make investment decisions, but we do not and cannot guarantee success in investing. We do not make earnings claims, efforts claims, return on investment claims, or claims that our training will make you any money. Training generally includes a hybrid of education, training, and tools/resources. All material is intellectual property and protected by copyright. Any duplication, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

Examples, Case Studies, and Hypothetical Scenarios

The Company makes no representation regarding the likelihood or probability that any actual or hypothetical investment in the training will achieve a particular outcome or perform in any predictable manner. Any historical return information in the Company presentation and materials do not represent the actual performance of any specific client’s experience.  Past performance is not a guarantee of future success and returns in any period may be far above or below those of a previous period. No representation is being made that any investment will or is likely to achieve profits or losses like those achieved in the past, or that significant losses will be avoided. Investing involves risk, and you could lose money. Examples and hypothetical scenarios used in the Company presentation and materials may include information compiled from third-party sources. The Company believes the third-party information comes from reliable sources but does not guarantee its accuracy.

Lending and Financing

The Company is not a lender, does not issue credit, and is not a credit counselor or provide consulting services related to acquiring lines of credit. Lenders and consulting firms are independently owned and operated and are otherwise not affiliated with the Company. The Company does not receive referral fees, or any compensation related to lending or other services provided by these independent parties. You should carefully evaluate your own financial situation, objectives, consequences, risks, and other relevant circumstances before borrowing funds or purchasing consulting services. Section 8 Training assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions, products, services, and content of independent parties. Using borrowed money to make investments into training or to purchase any other product or service at high-interest rates or terms may significantly reduce the return you receive on any investment in education or may even cause you to lose more money than you invested. The Company urges you to carefully consider using borrowed money before making an investment decision. If you cannot make required minimum payments to the bank and/or lenders, you may incur additional fees and risk damage to your credit profile.

Customer Satisfaction Surveys

To continually improve the customer experience, we survey our customers often. Nevertheless, it is difficult to track and ascertain those who implement and complete the training. Some customers attend the training for education purposes only – and do not purchase additional training – but may be included in satisfaction survey results.

Testimonials and reviews are individual experiences and personal opinions of those who have purchased education and training. Individual results will vary, and testimonials and/or reviews may not be typical. Results rely on individual effort, time, and skill of each customer, as well as unknown conditions and other factors. The Company does not track monetary results. Instead, it surveys customers concerning the value of its education, training, support, and overall satisfaction.

You may be asked to complete a satisfaction survey. By completing a survey, you confirm that the information contained is an accurate representation of your experience and that you have not received any financial incentive to give positive feedback. Further, you give the Company permission to publish your aggregate feedback and comments, on your behalf, to the Company’s website(s), materials, and various online review outlets. We respect your privacy and will not publish personally identifiable information.

Third Parties

The Company may link to content or refer to content and/or services created by or provided by third parties that are not affiliated with the Company. The Company is not responsible for such content and does not endorse or approve it. Such content may contain terms and conditions, privacy provisions, confidentiality provisions, or other provisions that differ from the terms and conditions applicable to the Company and its products and services. The Company assumes no responsibility or liability whatsoever for the accuracy, reliability, or opinions contained in such content. If you decide to access such content or use their products or services, you do so at your own risk.

The Company may provide services by or refer you to third-party businesses. Some of these businesses have common interest and ownership with the Company. Third-party terms and conditions, privacy provisions, confidentiality provisions, or other provisions are governed separately from your customer relationship with the Company.

Third-party company names, logos, and products are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply an affiliation with or endorsement or sponsorship of the Company.

Substantiation

You are still making earnings claims on your website.

A screenshot of a property informationAI-generated content may be incorrect.

You still are giving how much money they are making per month $550.00 Cash flow. The average consumer would believe this was a promise of what they will make. The disclosure is not effective.  Do you have substantiation for such a claim/ External proof of the claim?
